@OfficeOmbudsman @EamonRyan Day 30 of my large envelope missing €30 to track. Repurchased same gifts and resent and advised to register €35. Day 17 and missing, told the reason,no flights to Switzerland! However my letters arrive to the same address!! No customer service.

@Arcep On m’a conseillé de mettre une gaine verte pour que je puisse avoir de la fibre chez moi. J’ai payé 600 € pour le préparer. Ce week-end, quand je suis allé prendre rendez-vous pour que le technicien mette la fibre- Orange m’a dit que vous avez ma maison bloquée. Pourquoi?

@OfficeOmbudsman how do I raise an official complaint about A Post who have lost two parcels in the past four weeks. The first tracked but not registered, the second registered. I was informed there were no flights - however my letters arrived at the same destination! Help
