@AirFranceCA I arrived on Air France flight AF356 to Toronto on Friday. My bags did not arrive and I filed a Delayed/Lost baggage complaint. I'm trying to reach the number provided 1800-873-2247 but there is no response for the past 5 days. Please help

@airindiain my family was extorted at the last minute of boarding by AI Coimbatore Customer Service Manager to pay excess baggage fee of INR 24,150 for 2 bags eventhough our tickets clearly said that we were allowed to carry them, without even issuing a receipt. Pay my money back

@AirCanada After waiting for 2hrs in the airport they us walk almost 1.5km in 45°C heat and made us wait for 1 more hour to get a stupid taxi. After 4+ hrs of waiting we reached the hotel & were told we can't even get coffee from the hotel restaurant because Air Canada won't pay them for it
