Tzachi Idan esaretin 54. gününde katledilmiş. Cesedi, İsrail'e iade edilip kimliği tespit edilene kadar 510 gün boyunca Gazze'de Hamas tarafından tutulmuş.

Tomer henüz 17 yaşındaymış.
