@ZeptoNow @zeptocares That completely misses the point, the issue is the condition in which I actually received the food. Please review this properly and arrange a refund. Chat ID: TK8456EE7334F | Order ID: #JKHJSBJAI47442

[Eklavya @Eklavya_0]

@ZeptoNow @zeptocares This is extremely disappointing. I received a food item that was completely frozen and in an uneatable condition. When I contacted support, I was told it was “prepared fresh” and “dispatched promptly,” so they could not take the complaint forward.

Hey @CRED_club @bigbasket_com, I made a credit card payment via CRED today and received a “free mangoes” voucher for BB. The voucher applies, but payment won’t go through, and BB support says it’s invalid.
Why issue a voucher that doesn’t work? Is this the reward for using cred?
