📈Analyst cites record growth and strong margins despite valuation concerns
11/05/2025
Palantir Technologies (PLTR, Financials) continues to attract attention from Wall Street as DA Davidson raised its price target to $215, pointing to surging demand for artificial intelligence solutions and robust financial performance.
The firm said Palantir's latest quarter showed “parabolic U.S. demand for AI,” with revenue jumping 47% year-over-year and gross profit margins reaching 80.8%. DA Davidson maintained a Neutral rating, noting that while Palantir's growth story is among the strongest in software, valuation remains a key concern after the stock's steep rally.
Palantir recently reported third-quarter revenue of $1.18 billion, up 63% from a year earlier, and adjusted operating income of $601 million with a 51% margin.
Several other analysts have also raised targets, with UBS and Roth/MKM both lifting theirs to $300 following the company's upbeat results and AI expansion plans.

$SOFI $PLTR 🚨BREAKING NEWS🚨
Palantir CEO Alex Karp just said:
Companies with rule of 40 scores between (50 and 70) are "OLYMPIC GRADE SCORES"
SOFI just put up rule of 40 of "67"........
$PLTR Palantir had the most ridiculous earnings that I've ever seen of any company that I follow. Yet the stock is down.
Don't read that as an indictment on the earnings because they were absolutely ridiculous, but rather, the market can sometimes get ahead of itself. That's okay.
This isn't going to fall nearly as much as the bears think, but it also is not going to go up in a straight line.
This dip on $META is an insane gift.
Forward P/E of 19.79x
This is like $GOOGL when it was $190.
Absolute no-brainer.
- Expected to grow revenue by 13% QoQ
- Expecting highest EPS so far
This is the best MAG 7 stock for me right now. Even better than $AMZN.
No good reason for it to be this cheap.

"This is a once in a generation truly anomalous quarter and we're very proud and we're sorry that our haters are disappointed but there are many more quarters to be disappointed, and we're working on that too."
$META $NVDA
The Meta 12% sell off feels weird for this one reason:
How is the street giving Nvidia a $5T valuation on the backs of increased capex but at the same time punishing Meta for increasing capex?
I don’t really get it. There are only a handful of companies that can buy $NVDA GPUs at the scale that the Mag 7 can. Meta is one of those companies.
Jensen’s “$500B in 5 quarters” statement two days ago is largely fueled by companies like Meta that need to continue spending. $GOOGL and $MSFT also increased their capex guidance.
So if the argument is $META is down because of being aggressive on capex for 2026, why is Nvidia holding $5T? They both should be symbiotic with each other: one providing the other’s revenue today while the other providing the other’s future AI ROI tomorrow.
The tax charge is a nothing burger. Companies have to pay their taxes. Revenue growth was 26%…every other core metric is up including ad impressions (14%) and price per ad (10%).
So the street is upset that they are going to spend more?
Now, the $25B bond raise this morning I think is the actual issue as investors are concerned that the company is continuing to fuel its capex financing via debt…which signals to me investors are more scared about no AI ROI. That’s a fair concern…just not something that can be the biggest concern if the company supplying the chips for all that ROI is hitting ATHs but the customer buying it is getting punished for it.
I bought a little at $659…2026 estimates looking like $META is now in the low 20s…will do more DD but not fully sold on actually establishing a position like I am on $AMZN (have been adding there aggressively over the past month) but a bit confused why the street is that upset about capex.
Palantir CEO Alex Karp and Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang on if AI, jobs, and Reindustrializing:
“40 years ago, we had 40x more manufacturing jobs than now. You can make more manufacturing jobs, which are humans… Those humans become more and more valuable than they were in the past.”
Palantir CEO Alex Karp: AI = AMERICAN INTELLIGENCE 🔮🇺🇸
“AI makes America the dominant country in the world. I spent half my life in Europe— they’re whining and crying. We have the right chips, software, engineers, culture…
“The whole thing is combining into a juggernaut”

THIS ACTUALLY JUST HAPPENED.
Jensen: "This is probably the single most important enterprise stack in the world, the Palantir Ontology."

ALEX KARP & JENSEN HUANG SPEAK TOGETHER FOR THE FIRST TIME.
Karp: "This partnership is going to create more value for the end user and at Palantir we believe that all the upside is downstream from value creation."
Jensen: "Palantir is the most technically deep enterprise platform company in the world & this collaboration is just going to supercharge them."
