@Herring1967 Bit like the ridiculous train between Huddersfield & Sheffield. Only 20-odd miles apart, but takes an hour & a half because it stops at every bastard lamppost in Yorkshire.
Ticketmaster & their "dynamic pricing" really need to fuck off into the the centre of the sun. £167 PLUS FEES per ticket for Slipknot standing? Nahhhh...
@PeterBlueshay@VFinnishProbs@KateEMcCann Things felt a whole lot better in general last time around. And the financial crash was global, rather than UK specific. No fan of Blair or Brown (although he was dealt a rough hand), and certainly not a fan of Keith, but even a slight improvement on this lot is an improvement.
@porksmith What an ensemble. Going to miss the show enormously when it's over (yes I know it can be rewatched for eternity, and better to knock it off whilst it's at the peak, but still...)
Still annoyed that I missed you all by about 10mins the other year when on campus at Humber...
Fucksake... someone just pointed out that All Eyes On The Saint by @ENTERSHIKARI could be the alternate timeline soundtrack to a @CathedralCity advert & now I can't unsee a Shikari cheese advert in my head...

@Spag_bella @SouthernRailUK Same with late night services between Leeds & Hudds/Manchester with @TPExpressTrains which buggers my commute. Rarely had an issue getting in or out of work pre-2020 (unless there works). Now it's rarer for me to have a straightforward work day commute than not!
@dobsy1983@OfficialRandL Definitely need to be upgraded from FR tent considering they sold out Wembley Arena in minutes. But then the bookers would have to admit there's still a demand for rock music outside of Download/SlamDunk, etc...
@JamesPurchase08 @OfficialRandL Idles would be a banger somewhere in there. Especially as we missed out on them back-to-backing Rage in the COVID year.
