When I stumbled onto CT in summer 2021- the most consensus take was that Bitcoin was boomer, pet rock, dogshit.

People were legitimately laughed at for holding Bitcoin and BTC maxis were the most hated cohort on CT.

The noise for the ETH Flippening was pure insanity- it even had me questioning whether I should continue holding my cold-storage stack or if I should swap over.

The bear market was met with takes like "Why can't alts just fucking de-correlate from BTC. This piece of shit keeps taking my alts lower"

The past 2 years have been one constant, drawn-out, humbling reminder that the only reason opportunity exists in this market, is because of Bitcoin.

Just something to keep in mind the next time we get another true alt-season and we all start to unironically believe in the hype again✍️
