Trump plans to delay the provision of $400 million in aid to Ukraine until 2029, according to Reuters.

Although the Pentagon has submitted a spending plan to lawmakers, the funds have not yet been allocated or contractually committed—despite the aid having been approved last year. Lawmakers from both parties have criticized the Department of Defense for the sluggish implementation.
