Today I had to send an email to all our surgeons regarding an anesthesia manufacturing backorder. I couldn't figure out how to finish the email professionally so I just ended it with:

"Keep it real,

We lost power for most of the day. I had to knead/shape these by candlelight then proof them for hours in the cold rain until I could use the oven again but damn if I'm not excited about my first take on Hokkaido milk bread (w/tangzhong). Topped with garlic/herb butter
