@AskPlayStation Really disappointed with the customer service I received regarding my PS5 issue. A PS5 should not require repair after owning it for two years. Also, the rep that I was originally chatting with closed the chat on me. So, thanks I guess.

@insomniacgames is there a reason why Spider Man 2 crashes as soon as I attempt to play the game? I've reinstalled, rebuilt the PS5 database and tried a full reset of my PS5. It also looks like I am not the only one based on Reddit posts.

@LGUSSupport I appreciate the conversation between myself and LG. However, I'm still upset about the customer service from the live chat and the fact that it's been two years that I've had the product. I can't believe I would have to spend more money on a barely two year old appliance.

@LGUSSupport I have put in a complaint about our oven and was told I'd get a response within 24 hours. It has been over two weeks. I also was disconnected from an online chat stating I got the wrong support. I am not happy with the quality of your oven.

@AskTSA apparently, my wife's name is incorrect for her TSA precheck and her boarding pass never got the mark. We were able to pass general security but for our flight back, do we need the mark or can we show her global entry card?
