That the majority of people are impatient.
Most people in their 20s and 30s in particular.

How many friends do you know who have accepted a new job offer to earn slightly more knowing they won't like the new job as much they do with their current one?

Why are most of the people are sad and unsatisfied about their life?
It's because in the majority of cases human being just focus on those 3 things:

1. Events in the past
2. Things that they can't control
3. What they don't have or other have
