A walk-around in a large exhibition hall shows a J-36 display hull, number 36011, canopy bagged in yellow. Three boxed nozzles at the tail. Tailless planform.

Chengdu Aircraft Industry Group is named on the card as designer. First flight is listed as 26 December 2024 over Chengdu. The film is a model on a show floor, not the flying test jet. Other fighters sit in the same hall. The model is built in the large class printed on the plaque, not a desk kit.

Hall-card figures: length about 21–23 m, span about 19–24 m, combat radius listed above 4,000 km, takeoff weight listed 50–60 tonnes, speed listed Mach 2–5.2, range listed above 6,000 km, radar cross-section listed about 0.001 m². Those numbers stay on the plaque until Chengdu publishes a sheet.
