No weight to her holding onto the umbrella and the eyes/face stays the same without any variation to convey real emotion. Physics go out the window after the first second. The background is various versions of the first frame with no rhyme or reason. Just the same spires and mish mash of the same thing with no points of interest or recognizable detail. Buildings seem to go on for blocks. Lights of the building suddenly come on across entire blocks for no reason. It's soulless and strikes the conscious and subconscious as feeling wrong. It's a bowl of salty gruel that you want everyone to think is a juicy savory steak.
