POV: it’s September 5th 2026
- you just woke up after staying in last night and you feel like a million bucks
- hit the gym quickly and a good sauna session
- grab a bacon egg and cheese from the local
- text your boys what are we taking today?
- catch the last few minutes of college gameday while you have your coffee (black) and BEC. The kid misses the field goal
- bet on Indiana -34.5 against north Texas. It obviously misses by a field goal.
- it’s fine you’ll regroup for the 3:30 slate and hit a bar vibes will be up
- your boys little brother is a freshman at Texas so take their team total over. Arch is obviously going to bounce back right?
- they cover the spread but the over misses. Just awful
- grab pizza and double down on LSU in Death Valley against Clemson. They win but don’t cover. Down 4 units to start the year is brutal.
- the Hawaii game stares at you for the get right game. Place a bet and fall asleep at halftime. You wake up Sunday and it hits. Only down three units you think to yourself… could’ve been way worse and besides at least football is back
We’re so fucking close
Pounding the table for Texas to make the playoff is a genuine IQ test. As things presently stand, if you’re arguing for that team to make the playoffs, you’re an utterly unserious person that has no business speaking on the sport.
After watching the A&M fans saw it off in Death Valley I think I know what it feels like to be cuckolded
I’m not NEARLY as turned on as I expected, in fact I kind of hate it
As of today, it's been 490 days since the Texas Longhorns have beaten a team on the road that finished the season ranked in a major 3 sport.
Texas is the ONLY SEC program that has NEVER beaten a ranked team on the road in a major 3 sport while in the SEC. 😂
