Not the cleanest execution but #NZDCAD delivered ✅
Jumped in too early and took an L and then two subsequent setups played out
🎯 First setup: +5R

#AUDCHF BUY!
1st setup: 7R out @ 4.5R
2nd setup: 4R out @ 2R
This trade really tested my patience. Got in on Monday, just few pips to full TP on the first setup and it started ranging, I later added another setup, hit my target and I'm out for the week
We go again next week!🎯

The psychology of holding.
Sometimes you hold too much.
Sometimes you hold too little.
And most times, the problem isn’t your patience it’s that you have no target.
Holding a trade shouldn’t mean sitting in it forever just because you’re hoping for more and taking profit early shouldn’t mean cutting every winner the moment you see green.
There needs to be sensible reasons to your HOLDING
Before entering a trade, you should already have an idea of what you’re looking for.
Where do I expect price to go?
What am I trying to capture?
What would make me stay in this trade?
And more importantly- What would make my reason for holding invalid?
Holding means having a reason to stay in the trade - and staying until that reason no longer exists.
Until that reason is invalidated, you hold.
The goal isn’t to hold the longest.
The goal is to hold with purpose.
