Hi @BikeMetro @metrolosangeles , I woke up to a $500 charge from a bike ride that did not close due to the docking station malfunctioning.

I have my entire ride on video which I sent (screenshot ms as well) to customer support who took multiple days to end the ride virtually followed by suspending my account for a week. Note this initially began 2/17/24 and was just “closed” today 17 days later…

Me being held liable & punished for a system error out of my control is ridiculous.
I love using public transit & do my best to share this on my livestream, please assist with resolving this issue.
