@Aron_Todd @TalismanicNRG @Chris120778 I used the “chat” feature in the Ticketmaster app to start the process. It then gave me a phone # and code to enter. When the agent came on the line I just explained and they gave me the new seats I had identified as me wanting to upgrade to.

@TalismanicNRG @Chris120778 Did that, and they honored my original $ paid towards upgraded tickets just had to pay $10 additional fee for the upgrade. Cheers! Now we are center eye level to the ring for the same price.
