I write to formally lodge a complaint against United Nigeria Airlines concerning my ticketed flight UN 0505, which was issued to me through the GS system (Agent) over one week in advance.

The airline initially cancelled the flight.

same flight would still operate at 7:45 PM today. To seek clarification, I contacted the airline’s customer service and was explicitly told that the flight would indeed take off. I further went in person to the airline’s counter and received the same confirmation.

If this is not fraud, then how do you justify continuing to sell tickets today for a flight you had already canceled? Why were affected passengers not automatically moved to the next available flight before reopening seats to the public? This is basic airline responsibility.
