பரப்பப்படும் இந்த ஆவணத்திலே 13/08/2025 அ���்று பள்ளிக் கல்வி துறை வெளியிட்ட அரசாணை (G.O) குறித்து தெளிவாக குறிப்பிடப்பட்டுள்ளது. இத்திட்டம் முந்தைய அரசு எடுத்த நடவடிக்கையின் தொடர்ச்சி என்பதை காட்ட இதுவே போதுமானது.

A minister inspecting hostel food should build confidence among students and parents by actually eating the same food served to the students. Idly here in this case.

Question: Are you dumb? Don’t you see bread in everyone’s plate?
Nobody normally eats bread along with idlis ever.
Will you eat idlis along with bread for a meal?
Since the minister chose to have bread instead of the hostel food, the same was reportedly placed on all the students’ plates.

Bread, butter and jam are not even prepared at the hostel. How can you inspect food quality by eating items purchased from outside instead of the actual food served to students daily?

Sitting with students for photos while avoiding the actual hostel food sends the wrong message. If the food is good enough for students, it should be good enough for the minister too.

This is like me claiming “yes, I cook” and then proceeding to serve noodles with hot water.
