A woman walked into Fulton Sheen’s confessional and told him:
“I’m only here to kill time.”
She admitted she was a prostitute.
Then she revealed something even darker.
She claimed that after being arrested and sent to live with nuns, she had made a pact with the devil: if she made nine sacrilegious Communions, she believed he would help her escape.
Then she ran out of the church.
Sheen could have let her go.
Instead, he asked every penitent who came to confession that night to pray a Rosary for her conversion.
When the confessions ended, Sheen remained before the Blessed Sacrament through the night, praying for her.
Then, as the sun began to rise…
she came back.
She returned to the confessional.
Sheen heard her confession.
And a soul that had seemed completely lost was reconciled to God.
Sheen understood something many of us forget:
No soul is beyond the reach of God’s mercy.
Sometimes the greatest thing you can do for a sinner is refuse to stop praying for them.
AUSTRALIA, THIS IS OUR OPPORTUNITY FOR BREAKTHROUGH 🇦🇺
Our final chance to pass a prolife bill to protect these babies before the NSW election next March.
This rally is the night before the parliament votes on John Ruddick's prolife bill. We really need a massive turnout.
Please make every effort to attend, no matter where you live in Australia. We need everyone. We need this to be a truly national turnout for the babies. They have no voice but ours. I believe if we get a turnout of 10,000 or more, this bill WILL pass the next time.
📌Tuesday 15 September
6-7PM
Outside NSW Parliament on Macquarie Street
For more details go to the rally website (link in my bio) and you can download a flyer to distribute at amongst your church, school, wider community and friends.

I dove deep into this heartwarming story of seven stolen dogs that escaped and walked 17km home - here are the key verified facts in concise points:
The Theft:
Seven dogs from the same village in Jilin Province, China were stolen from their owners. They were loaded onto a truck heading to an illegal dog meat shop.
The Escape:
During transport, the dogs jumped or fell from the moving vehicle onto the Changshuang Expressway. Instead of scattering, they stuck together as a tight pack.
The Epic Journey:
Over two days they covered around 17 km across highways and fields. A small corgi led from the front, constantly glancing back and adjusting pace to keep everyone together. Larger dogs formed a protective ring around an injured German Shepherd.
The Rescue:
Locals and rescuers tracked the group in real time via viral social media posts and drone footage until they safely intercepted the entire pack.
Happy Ending:
All seven dogs were reunited with their grateful owners in the same village after vet checks. Only minor injuries despite the fall, traffic, and long trek. These neighbourhood friends already played together daily, which helped them stay united.
This real-life “Homeward Bound” adventure led by one brave little corgi has gone mega-viral for showing incredible loyalty and teamwork.
Dogs really are the best.
Share to spread this wholesome win and celebrate these heroes! 🐕🦺❤️

In 2016, firefighters rushed into a house that was already engulfed in flames after a sudden early morning fire broke out. Inside the thick smoke was an 18 month old toddler trapped alone in one of the rooms.
Witnesses and rescuers later said something unusual happened during the rescue, the baby was not screaming in panic or crying hysterically the way most children would in such a terrifying situation. Instead, as the firefighter carried him out of the burning house,
the child kept repeating just one word over and over:
“Jesus… Jesus… Jesus.”
He survived the fire, and many who heard the account described it as a powerful moment of faith in the midst of danger, seeing it as a reminder that even in life threatening situations, calling on the name of Jesus brings comfort and hope.
Praise God!!
Mel Gibson speaks about the loss of his $14.5 million Malibu mansion in the devastating 2025 Palisades Fire:
"God GIVES, God TAKES AWAY. We enter with nothing. We leave with nothing. Seek first the kingdom of God; you'll always be alright."
@KristanHawkins I can’t wait till that new Mel Gibson movie comes out. I think movies are too expensive now but i think the new movie would be worth going to.
