@virginmedia how can it happen that a customer calls in Feb 2021 to terminate services yet continues to be charged monthly until the present day having been told its a failure on your behalf? Fuming!!

@virginmedia Yes. I've spoken to someone today who has finally terminated the line however I'm being told I'll still have 60 odd pound outstanding. When in essence I'm owed approx £450!

@virginmedia 2nd Feb 2021 called to terminate all services due to being a single mom feeling the effects of covid lockdowns and was moving to EE for wifi noticed a withdrawal from my account in Dec 22 and it goes all the way back to feb 21 so called 22/12/22 and 31/12/22 still being charged!
