Laudable.
Can teachers enhance critical thinking among learners without they exercising it? How do millions of teachers express their critical thinking now?
Are we attempting to inject bottles of blood into corpses?

Can the medium of intruction promote linguistic competence?
Can we consider all those who have educated themselves in their mother tongue are very proficient users of it? Is it required?
Have they all become creators, innovators, developers?

Instead of 5+3+3+4 can we think of 50+1/3-33x99+110 as this structural change can transform India into a knowledge hub by 2024? Also, Indian Universities can start off campuses next to Oxford and Harvard and they will begin to clone us.
