I have purchased a Whirlpool fully automatic washing machine from Girias showroom in Shimoga on 09.12.2025 and got delivered on 10.12.2025.
Initially it was functioning good and later within 3 weeks it started problem while running in auto mode.

Being an Indian citizen, I have a legal right to put my queries regarding defective product sold to me under Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Last one month I was depressed due to underserved entities @whirlpool_indi & @Girias_India. So I wish to take this matter to concerned authorities for return back the product. Otherwise, if the company is not turning their head to listen customer's problem, I'll take legal way.

@HSBC_IN @RBI I have received a call regarding Pre-approved Credit Card by one lady as sales executive and mentioned that she is speaking behalf of HSBC Bank.
She asked me you have been eligible for that above mentioned credit card.

After then she started speaking very arrogantly and shouted me also.
From this incident, I clearly came to know that, again the private bank players are started abusing the public by phone calls in the name marketing and sales.
