Swiggy for the order placed is harder than getting H1B visa. Tried chat for 10 minutes, who told me to mail to Swiggy, who promptly told me to mail to timeout. Meanwhile #Zomato allows you to download from app.

Booked with British Airways to go to London, had to reschedule due to Visa issues. BA lived upto their reputation, terrible! They commit and then they go back on that. Totally insensitive. Call centre is unbelievably bad, average waiting time 40 minutes. #BritishAir

@AmazonHelp The seller ( thru App) mentioned only replacement possible, but promised to look into it. I did this twice , but no luck. Today i tried reaching out call centre thru chat, the agent told me the replacement window is expired and she can't do anything.

@ZoomCarIndia I waited 90minutes at airport for the car, making calls to your people. No one had a clue, everyone blamed someone else. I called call centre and told them to cancel the booking and refund. He confirmed, but no message so far
