I'm order the shirt for diwali.But I received the wrong product,then I make exchange. My exchange date was oct29.still I didn't received my order.I've raised more than 10complaints for the issue from Myntra help center they continuously extend my delivery date. @MyntraSupport

Ekart office Thiruthuraipoondi branch is near my house.
so I went enquire why my order is delayed?
Then I went inform what happens here to Myntra support team.
They said to me your delivered successfully I have the confirmation from Flipkart logistics.

@MyntraSupport When I receive deliveries from Myntra, I always receive the OTP.

And I also didn't receive any OTP for exchange product delivered

If you give any information about that it's very useful to file a case against them.
