@potterwigham That shouldn't have happened, the episodes were all shown in the correct order, with only episode 45 in a bit of a mess and episode 50 skipped due to a rights issue!

@E32543388 @dramachannel Very true - and a completely different programme when you compare the start to the later episodes! These final episodes are absolute belters! If it gets shown again on Drama, then the episodes will all reappear on the U platform. Fingers crossed!

Sadly the Spanish sun sets yet again on the sunshine soap Eldorado this week, as @dramachannel shows the final 5 episodes - 152 and 153 today, 154 and 155 on Tuesday and 156 on Wednesday...

Episode 152 from 30th June 1993, baby Javier is christened and everyone in Los Barcos is invited, but the celebration hides much unhappiness. Pilar is honest with Sergio and Ingrid is not coping with motherhood. Trish is reunited with Mitzi and Drew is shot by the police!

@E32543388 @dramachannel I remember watching it the first time, but had forgotten these final episodes - they're great! Sadly U seems to be deleting earlier episodes at the moment, I think it is to do with rights and the length of time they can make them available!

@nikki_plummer @dramachannel Yes, not pleasant on screen. I think she should have left him in the storyline and joined the other youngsters in some way, certainly nowhere near as wooden as some of them!

As it gets much sunnier here in the UK, sadly the sun sets yet again on Eldorado via @dramachannel next week. Episode 150 from 25/6/93 provides a shock for Ingrid when Pilar makes a heartfelt confession, and Trish is in for a surprise when Alex tells her their final destination!

@nikki_plummer @dramachannel True! Some good bits in-between the dross though - but sadly not enough of them! I missed Fizz, Kathy Pitkin was so much better in her final scenes.

@nikki_plummer @dramachannel I agree, the early episodes are also great, as long as you forgive some of the obvious (and well reported) problems - it's like another soap compared to those episodes in the last half of the series.
