Job Opportunity Announcement
I am seeking a freelance, part-time researcher to assist with our analysis of Russian domestic politics. This position involves working one to three days per week, depending on skills and expertise. It is designed to be a formative opportunity for emerging specialists rather than a traditional job offer.
Requirements:
- Fluent in both English and Russian
- Strong understanding of current Russian domestic politics
- Ability to work with large volumes of information from media and social networks, especially Telegram
- Politically neutral and unbiased
- Cold-blooded in analysis, with the ability to prioritize what is over what should be
Interested candidates should send their CVs to [email protected]. Please also include:
1. A one-page analysis of a recent event in Russia (within the last two weeks) of your choice. We advise against choosing the situation in the Kursk region, as it requires a deep understanding of complex decision-making processes. Examples of the type of analysis we are looking for can be found in the Digests on our website R.Politik, which are free to access for content older than three months.
2. A letter of presentation explaining your vision for your future career and how you would like to realize yourself in this profession.
Please note that while I anticipate a high volume of applications, I may not be able to respond to everyone. If you are interested in future opportunities with R.Politik, please indicate this in your application. I may contact you at a later date if your application is not selected at this time.
