I am receiving interest charges on my credit card and this will impact my credit score

@Vesper247 I have now emailed you 7 times over the last 3 months regarding my return. Proof of postage shows you received my parcel back on 14th September. As this is a large return that I’m waiting on, I’m being charged £95 a month interest on my credit card. Please respond.
