@CUPRA_UK another fantastic response from Cupra at 18:39 last night “…We are sorry to learn that you have not received a response as yet, and we do apologise for the inconvenience this has caused you.”
@CUPRA_UK This is just words - the same response as all the previous posts. Words, but zero action. I won’t hold my breath waiting for my “case handler” to contact me. Again.
“We can confirm that your case handler will make contact with you before the end of business today, 31 January 2025. We hope this information proves useful.” Seems that their commitment to customer service is as reliable as their cars.
@CUPRA_UK still no response from Cupra complaints since ‘opening my case’. The engineers can only say “there’s something very seriously wrong with your car.” No comms from the complaints department despite several messages and promises of calls back. Avoid Cupra like the plague.
@CUPRA_UK it seems your customer service is as good as your cars. Promised I’d be contacted with 72 hrs & have heard nothing! No surprises that with this level of unreliability your new cars now come with a 5y warranty instead of 3. Shame you don’t look after existing customers.
@CUPRA_UK 6 warning lights on at once - that’s a record even for the Cupra Forementor. The worst car I’ve ever had the misfortune of having - from day one it’s caused problems: intermittent everything - charging then no charging, heated seats, sensors, infotainment to name a few.
