@northernassist It hasn’t happened with the latest ticket I’ve bought but it seems to happen randomly.

Has there been an investigation into the issue? I can see multiple people on here and Reddit who have experienced this, it’s clearly a known issue with the app if it’s this widespread

@northernassist I’ve also emailed complaints but wanted to flag an issue with the app – it keeps activating my flexi ticket automatically on days I’m not travelling. I’ve already lost £14 to the error and I don’t know how to make sure it doesn’t happen again.

@northernassist I just want my money back and to know the app issue is being properly investigated - no one seems too concerned that your app is routinely stealing from customers? Being passed around to different teams and having to explain it again every time isn’t very reassuring

@northernassist Update: the resolution was to refund one pass then when it happened again redirect me to trainline support who sent me to https://t.co/[email protected]. Hoping they’ll help?

@bfaz85 @northernassist Just curious, did you get refunds sorted for this in the end? I’ve had the same issue, the complaints@ team were happy to refund the first lost ticket but now I’m being redirected to various trainline / https://t.co/eHM9Ph5r77 emails and no one seems to want to help

@northernassist is there something wrong with the app currently? It’s quitting on open, have tried updating, deleting/ reinstalling, restarting phone. The website says “something went wrong and we can’t display all of your bookings” so I need the app to use my flexi ticket

@northernassist Another series of overcrowded and way too short trains this morning, it might be an idea not to have lots of carriages “in for maintenance” on the same line, directly one after the other and at rush hour 👍

@northernassist any plans to run more carriages between Leeds (via Bradford) and Manchester in the mornings? Recently only two carriages, Hebden Bridge 8.31 was so full that the conductor didn’t let people on. It’s rush hour, two carriages isn’t enough.

That’s the 8.31 that arrived at 9.02. We were told to wait five minutes for the 8.58 and then that was then 15 minutes late.

@Lens68434782 I’m not sure when it changed but I’m able to get delay replay now for my flexi season ticket and season ticket is one of the ticket options on the delay repay website. Might be worth putting in a claim to see? Not that it makes the delay any less annoying

I did the OG logo and it’s really sad to see them just approximate the vibe of the brand and Hammo’s work with a totally different illustrator.

@dannybirchall it's basically A sizes but for cooking and they stack/nest perfectly for storage. One day I will purge all my baking trays for perfectly organised "sheet trays"

But I still think volume measures for solids is silly, I'm not giving them that.

@dannybirchall Fair, I don’t want to summon them. But their baking tray system is unrivalled honestly. Which is a surprise considering the mess of “legal” and “letter” paper sizes.
