@ICT_MrP We had it 4 weeks ago. I agree totally that experiences are inconsistent and that is a major problem. I also think they have left outstanding schools so long between inspections that it is impossible to maintain that standard with their new framework.

@ICT_MrP An inadequate ofsted 6 years ago left me fearful of them. This time they were fair, approachable and thorough. They checked constantly that we were happy with their conduct and during the reading deep dive, the lead inspector was incredibly inquisitive and gave me time to explain

Year 5 and 6 @MayParkPri were so lucky to have a visit today from a Nicaraguan Coffee farmer. Erika is part of a Fairtrade Cooperative. She was inspirational. Thank you to the Bristol Twinning team for letting us be a part of it. And thanks to Nick for his translation!

@MrsMcNQT @MrBoothY6 I have had this problem and just tweeted about using partners to model and talk through the learning. It works well with a higher and a lower together. We have had some really great success with this.

@MrBoothY6 We use partner a and partner b- more able paired with less able- and the more able models an example (calculation, sentence etc) in their book and talks through the process with their partner. Then we do another together, then the less able models how to do it in their book.
