.@eDreams why did you not tell us our flights home with @lufthansa were cancelled? And why do you keep telling us you can't book us onto new flights, when we have confirmation from @lufthansa that there are flights available to us?
@lufthansa@eDreams Thank you so much, unfortunately @eDreams keep telling us there are no flights but your team have kindly told us that there are. We donโt know what else to do.
.@lufthansa is there anything you can do to help us solve our problem with @edreams? They will not rebook our flights home with you, when you have given us assurance that there is space for us ๐ please help!
