What an absolute honor to see @FooDGrohl and everyone's tribute to Taylor today. To be able to say I've stood in the same room as @DrBrianMay and @OfficialRMT blows my tiny mind. #taylorhawkinstribute was mind blowing and emotional!

@TheRealTudes @FooFightersUK @NME His love for Taylor was so evident in his writing I'm not sure there is a foos without him now.

Approx 20 years ago I read in
Cosmo magazine that the first bathroom stall is the least used and I've stuck to that information religiously. I also worry that others read this and ruined the statistic.

[Eleanor Eccleston @Eleanoriana]

@TicketmasterCS Maybe if you gave fans an explanation or put out a blanket statement as to why our tickets are cancelled this wouldn't be happening. I don't need a handy video we need answers.

[Eleanor Eccleston @Eleanoriana]

@TicketmasterCS Would it not be a good idea to address the Taylor Hawkins Tribute tickets issue rather than ignoring it and leaving it up to speculation as to why you've done this?

[Heidi Silver @heidisdrama]

Raise your hand if you’ve been personally victimized by @TicketmasterUK today on your legally purchased Taylor Hawkins Tribute concert tickets

[Eleanor Eccleston @Eleanoriana]

@TicketmasterCS Thanks for all your help today! You've directed countless people to your website!

[Eleanor Eccleston @Eleanoriana]

@TicketmasterCS What use is a confirmation if you're just going to cancel our tickets with no explanation 2 weeks out from the concert?!

[Foo Fighters UK @FooFightersUK]

tickets being cancelled for the Wembley show. wtf. scandalous. @gigsandtours @TicketmasterCS @TicketmasterCS @SJMConcerts

Foo management have been informed

[Eleanor Eccleston @Eleanoriana]

@TicketmasterCS Mores to the point are the tickets that we've bought and paid for available for our event? As you've cancelled them with no reason given then reffered us to @SJMConcerts who refer us back to you.

[Eleanor Eccleston @Eleanoriana]

@OutlawMckay @Ticketmaster Same here as well. And terrible customer service when trying to get answers.

[Eleanor Eccleston @Eleanoriana]

@TicketmasterCS How about ticketsellers that don't run late just don't deliver? Simply cancel tickets with no explanation and refer you to the promoter who've no idea what's going on??

[Eleanor Eccleston @Eleanoriana]

@TicketmasterCS I'm more wondering why you've cancelled our tickets, reffered us to the promotor who've confirmed it's on you and nothing to do with them

[Eleanor Eccleston @Eleanoriana]

@SJMConcerts @TicketmasterUK are telling us you're the reason our tickets for the Taylor Hawkins Tribute have been cancelled last minute with no explanation?? What gives?!

[Eleanor Eccleston @Eleanoriana]

@TicketmasterCS You need to announce something about the farce with the Taylor Hawkins tickets this is ridiculous

[Eleanor Eccleston @Eleanoriana]

@ConorMcGovern87 @TicketmasterUK No @Ticketmaster has appalling customer service so no reason given and impossible to get hold of

[Eleanor Eccleston @Eleanoriana]

@TicketmasterUK why have you cancelled our Taylor Hawkins Tribute tickets?! We booked directly through you??

[Eleanor Eccleston @Eleanoriana]

@TicketmasterUK @Ticketmaster were you ever planning on honoring the charity donation tickets for the Taylor Hawkins Tribute Concert? As it seems you've been happily cancelling tickets with no explanation

[Eleanor Eccleston @Eleanoriana]

@jdg1980 @foofighters They've done it to loads of people who paid extra for the family charity donation tickets

[Eleanor Eccleston @Eleanoriana]

@cherryluisa @TicketmasterUK @foofighters @taylorhawkins Same here and @TicketmasterUK aren't being even vaguely helpful in offering up an explanation. Awful company
