Florence Nightingale’s story greatly inspired and deeply moved me when I encountered it in 2022. So, today, a day set aside to honour her legacy and celebrate nurses all over the world, I decided to create a video to tell her story.

Many of us care more about projecting a positive image of ourselves than actually becoming the person we pretend to be.
But isn’t it exhausting switching between two personalities everyday? While you’re out in public, you appear to be a saint, but in secret, you are a Hitler (I know this might be an extreme example, but you get the point).
Instead of confronting our flaws and becoming better versions of ourselves through conscious and intentional change, we choose to wear costumes and play the ‘good guy’ character.
Yes, you may succeed in deceiving the world… at least for a time. But you know the truth. You know you’re a fraud. You know who you are.
So, everyday you battle anxiety and the fear of being discovered.
But how about you stopped playing this game? What if we committed to the actual work of becoming?
What if you actually became sincere instead of pretending to be? What if you became a kind person instead of merely role-playing it? What if you became trustworthy?
Why don’t you do the hard-work to become competent instead of lying that you are?

Just like I saw my brother’s no was active on Telegram. I texted the no, hoping for a miracle. My imagination ran wild even though the rational part of me knew I was being delusional.
It was a man. I don't remember the name he introduced himself by, but it wasn't my brother
Her friend’s advice to leave her marriage while she remained in hers may not be out of malice. Maybe the friend feels stuck and unhappy in her marriage, and simply didn’t want her friend to end up in the same situation. Maybe she wanted her to leave when she still could. Maybe
My sister's who is a banker left her husband because he cheated on her. He apologised then called all of us to make his apology.
He even bought her a new ring as sign of renewing their marriage vows. He bought some other gift items including some shoes and cloths for her.
I don't think it's right how MCs turn couples into spectacles for the audience’s entertainment. It's their big day, & they're supposed to be entertained, not subjected to anxiety & unnecessary activities for the MC’s pleasure. They should be celebrated, not turned into performers
l attended a wedding, the groom was asked by the MC to act romantic and kiss his wife or pay 50k. The groom paid 200k and asked the MC not to involve him in anything with seriousness, he wasn't smiling at all. tears gather for bride eyes 😭😭
