➡️ THE CONSTITUTION REQUIRES A 'MINIMUM OF 10%' OF PARLIAMENT'S SEATS SHALL BE OCCUPIED BY WOMEN MEMBERS.
‼️Filing of Election Petition
➡️Section 109(1) of the Electoral Act 2019 requires all petitions to be filed with Supreme Court 10 working days after Electoral Commissioner publicly notified the results of Elections
➡️Period starts 19th Apr 2021 and expires 30th of Apr 2021
