➡️ ONLY 9.8% OF THE WOMEN MEMBERSHIP WAS ACHIEVED AFTER THE GENERAL ELECTION.

➡️ ARTICLE 44(1A) OF THE CONSTITUTION OF THE INDEPENDENT STATE OF SAMOA ACTIVATED.

➡️ THE CONSTITUTION REQUIRES A 'MINIMUM OF 10%' OF PARLIAMENT'S SEATS SHALL BE OCCUPIED BY WOMEN MEMBERS.

➡️Section 109(1) of the Electoral Act 2019 requires all petitions to be filed with Supreme Court 10 working days after Electoral Commissioner publicly notified the results of Elections
➡️Period starts 19th Apr 2021 and expires 30th of Apr 2021
