@CitImmCanada My friend's hoping to visit Canada with me. She's from Kazakhstan so needs a TRV. She was issued one to visit as a student, however, she ended up studying outside of Canada. Therefore her study permit was never activated. Her "arrive in Canada by" date isn't (1/2)
