@WhatTheyF 2/2 “determine the best path forward”
For quite some time the “best path” has been shouted from the rooftops as retesting DNA (with the claim of untested samples).
What exactly are people forgoing their “bread £1.58” and “a pint of milk 85p-£1.50” for?
@WhatTheyF 1/2 “preliminary work of retrieving case files and conducting an essential case review.”
The same case files that have been in the possession of those acting on behalf of Luke Mitchell for decades.
@TJC1419439@AnaJusticeLMJJ Sorry me again.
Couple of errors/missing pages. Page 51 is repeated where there should be page 91, and page 150 is missing.
Also, day two of DI Martin’s evidence is missing page 36.
TIA
@PParky41@JohnSmytheInves I’ve read nothing of the search party giving any instructions to Luke. His actions were his own. Alice wanted to check the path. Luke did not have to go with them. He could have went to Judith’s house but he chose to take the lead.
The SCCRC do review cases, that’s their remit. Hence the lengthy response given to the request submitted re Luke Mitchell. Why only post a snippet of this?
Cases are referred back to courts when it is merited. Clearly no merit found in this case.
@WhatTheyF@JohnSmytheInves “John” describes the tactics used by others. The feeble attempts to distract from the truth.
The disgusting actions of some are in the name of a claimed MOJ. But far less severe actions of others are instantly decried and made to look ominous.
How many times has the location of the claimed burning of clothes by YW and her family moved?
30 metres from YW house, 450 metres, waste ground at Stone Place…now Mayfield Complex.
