It continues to be an honor to serve District 5. I am so grateful to everyone who has shown their support and enthusiasm for my term. I am excited to support the next youth leader that steps up to run for D5!
Wisconsinites are counting on @SenatorBaldwin to protect affordable health care. Insurance subsidies must be made permanent this year!

Last night, the Dane County Board of Supervisors approved the 2022 Dane County Budget. It was an honor to be a part of this process once more, and I am proud that we were able to prioritize funding to investing further in our community. https://t.co/tcvGpaOdkk
I agree with Sue, a former nurse in Madison.
I’m counting on @SenatorBaldwin and her colleagues on @HELPCmteDems to protect subsidy extensions in the budget plan. It’s critical for every American in Wisconsin who needs access to affordable care.

Back in November, the Dane County Board of Supervisors passed Resolution 295: In Support of the Medicare for All Act of 2019. As a cosponsor of that resolution, I fully endorse the National March for Medicare for All on July 24th.
Earlier today, @ElenaHaasl and I sent a letter to Olivia Woodmansee, Student Rep. on the UW Board of Regents. We made a request of her to include both UW Caste Protections and Student Relief Funding on the next agenda. Students may email her comments at [email protected]
Last night, Student Council passed 3 substantial items: the 2 million dollar Covid-19 Student Relief Fund, a placeholder in the budget for the funding of a Crisis Reponse Team, and Pass/Fail grading policies in the 2nd semester. ASM calls on @UWMadison to implement all changes.
Youth leadership gets shit done.
Honored to support this proposal to provide meaningful, actionable and immediate housing relief.
Thank you to teams working with @d8alder@ElenaHaasl@asmstudentgovt @matthewmitnick_ 🙏
Want to be more involved locally? Time to do the work! Read @AddisonLathers's piece in the @dailycardinal featuring @d8alder, @ElenaHaasl, and @matthewmitnick_ on the barriers and challenges with local politics.
I talked with @d8alder @matthewmitnick_ and @ElenaHaasl about the problems with Madison’s local government for the @dailycardinal Politics and Protest project. https://t.co/4dLYJk4GV9
