When we receive a ticket from support, we also solve it fastest as possible.
The volume of support tickets jumps hard as we keep growing.
Last Friday alone we hit 54.
Most days sat around 28-35.
You could feel the product getting used more.
So I took a look at the numbers properly and made a brief summary in case someone is interested in our customer support.
Current status (from last 7 days):
• 205 resolved (91%)
• Only 19 still open
• This week we also closed 89 older tickets on top of the new ones
Resolution time (203 tickets):
• Median: 12.6 hours
• Average: 22 hours
• 39% resolved in under 1 hour
• 46% in under 6 hours
• 65% in under 24 hours
They are always escalated to a human and then decide if we can provide a solution via our automated process or it will take more time and effort.
A low percentage of them are closed because the problem is easy to end.
Top topics right now: WhatsApp, publishing, Instagram, TikTok, billing, webhooks, and account connections.
This isn’t magic. It’s a small team that’s obsessed with making sure customers don’t get left hanging.
When someone writes in, we want them to feel there’s a real person on the other side who actually gives a shit about their problem.
Need to update the counting system on this. Linear's 5 new features rendered as 15 for some reason. Also need to filter out bug fixes from being counted.
@paletmiki still the clear champion though 🙌
If you’re Spanish 🇪🇸 and visiting SF, you have to do this route.
Every Spaniard I know in the Valley is making a huge effort to inspire the next generation of founders.
The best thing that can happen to Spain is for more founders to come here, grow personally and professionally, and eventually either come back home or inspire the generation that follows them.
That’s how great ecosystems are built.

OpenAI turned ChatGPT into an ad network.
We turned it into one more line of code.
ChatGPT Ads is live in Zernio, same API you already use for Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and X.
7 ad networks. 1 API key.

Erling Haaland compró filete, miel y leche fresca en la granja de una anciana y luego se fue a casa a cocinarlo él mismo. A veces pienso de verdad que se olvida de que es millonario
This is a total game-changer! If you run an agency or manage ads, you definitely need to check this out:
Open source ads dashboard, powered by @zernio
Enjoy! 🫶🏻
Your ad spend lives in 5 different dashboards.
Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, all with their own metrics, all in separate tabs.
So we built one dashboard that shows every ad, every platform, one screen.
And we open-sourced it.
