Mulher britânica rejeitou transplante de mãos de mulher negra:
“Eu não sou preconceituosa, mas sou branca, então eu quero as mãos de uma pessoa branca.”
They tried very hard to avoid the elephant in the room by having Napoleon drive the Minions into exile for about a century.
What's funnier is when Wolfenstein: The New Order's writers created the Da'at Yichud, an ancient order of autistic Jewish engineers who had lasers before the rest of the world had gunpowder and invented anti-gravity engines before Europeans landed in America. Their knowledge of biology and medicine could easily be mistaken for magic. The writers thought this would be ironic that the Nazis used stolen Jewish science to subjugate the world.
Fair enough, I suppose. So long as you don't dig any deeper into actual history.
Adolf Hitler was the first child of his mother to survive past adolescence. His absentee father died when he was young, leaving her as the only source of love and affection in his life. She tragically became afflicted with breast cancer, and it was a Jewish doctor who altruistically tried to save her life. The doctor refused to charge their family a dime for the treatments, but she ultimately succumbed to the disease.
It should be noted that this took place when Adolf was still a teenager, before he was rejected from art school or fought in the Great War. When he came to power decades later, he placed the doctor and his family under the personal protection of the Gestapo and saw to it that they were able to safely emigrate to America. The doctor would later describe him to our government's interviewers as the saddest man he'd ever known.
So with that in mind, let's reassess The New Order's lore:
Jews were canonically hording the kinds of technologies that let you put the head of a cat onto the body of a monkey (without biochemical or neurological rejection), lasers capable of performing microsurgery as easily as they can disintegrate steel, and optics that can peel back the unseen layers of reality.
And then the Nazis discover one of these Da'at Yichud storehouses twenty years after Hitler's mom died horribly from *cancer.*
Yeah, I think it's safe to say that any reasonable person would chimp out if they found out another tribe was withholding multiple cures for cancer, especially see as Set Roth's cat was literally dying of cancer prior to the body swap that was treated like a casual novelty.
Oops.
