@kirawontmiss They actually do. To be fair, they can’t just ask everyone to come pick up free food unless they plan to close down. I know it’s counterintuitive, but no one’s gonna buy if they know they could just wait until the end of the day to get it for free.
Toxic work culture isn't always loud.
Sometimes it's:
→ "Urgent" pings at 11pm → Praising people who never take paid time off → Meetings that could've been an email, scheduled during lunch → "We're a family" (but no severance)
Normalizing burnout is still burnout.
