Good luck to the three Elgin mixed primary teams who are competing today in the first round of @CricketMoray indoor league at Moray Sports Centre. Other teams from Huntly, Forres and Fochabers are playing too.

Start of the winter indoor coaching from tonight, with 5 different groups right through till Easter. Two boys primary (Monday & Tuesday), one girls primary (Friday), mixed intermediate (Friday) and mixed hardball (Saturday). Busy times ahead.

Elgin's team from today's NoSCA cup final against Northern Counties at Nairn. Unfortunately we lost but put up a strong performance. 184 for 9 from 30 and Counties were 188 for 3 from 28.4 overs.

This weekend both clubs are at home. The senior team hosts Ross County tomorrow and the development team hosts Northern Counties on Sunday. Two home wins would be brilliant.

Third round of @CricketMoray mixed primary softball at @HuntlyCricket tonight and a decent one for Elgin. The A team won 2 from 2, B team won 3 from 3 and the C team 1 from 3. 2 teams each from Huntly and @FochabersCC were the other teams.

Busy weekend for Elgin, today we comfortably beat Fort Augustus in the league. Tomorrow our senior team travels to @HelensburghCC82 for a Cricket Scotland Challenge Cup tie and our development side hosts Highland CC in the league.

Mixed night for Elgin's primary girls teams tonight at Fochabers Cricket Club pitch in the @CricketMoray league. Elgin A won 1 out of 3 but Elgin B won 2 out of 3, including the Elgin head-to-head. Format is 6-a-side pairs.

Elgin ASG P6 Primary softball festival at Cooper Park. Bit wet underfoot but we got through and some great cricket on show. Congratulations to West End, Bishopmill, New Elgin and Greenwards on qualifying for regional final. Thanks to Active Schools for their support.

2nd round of GBCL U14 matches saw Elgin visit Huntly. After a mauling last year with the scores 160 odd versus 29, it was much closer with 95 versus 65. Big improvements all round. #closingthegap

1st round of intermediate matches held at Fochabers CC saw Elgin come out on top against Huntly A and Huntly B. Some excellent individual performances and great teamwork.

1st round of the Gordon Baxter U14 league tonight saw Elgin defeat Gordonstoun by 20 runs. Good start to their summer fixtures.
