Parachute Basketball🏀 - Thanks @jkleach01!
Here, students are getting as many balls as they can into the hoop in 1 minute. Then, they discuss strategies, set a new goal, & try again. We skip count to the see results, & reflect on the effectiveness of our strategies. #physed
What happens when you combine scooters and a parachute? PARACHUTE SURFING! A great cooperative activity and so much fun! Thank you @MrRoosPE for the idea! 🏄🏽♂️🏄♀️
I can’t recommend it enough. If you can, put manipulatives in your Ss hands when teaching rhythms & dance in #physed. The confidence they build when you do lifts engagement through the roof! Our 1st Ss lighting it up after practicing our routine for “Whatever It Takes” 💪
Blind Potato, Exercise Ball, Dinosaur and Count It were all new Mini 4 Square games that these students created and then taught to their class today. Love their creativity! #centralcards#sd113a@apawola
THREAD. A first for our school last week. GOALBALL! This is a game played by the visually impaired. We had a student who was blind and the idea came up to have a Goalball unit. Needless to say she and the class had a blast. #BR#PE#teacher
As a teacher, I always found it helpful to keep track of my conversations with parents. This simple Google Form was a game-changer for my classroom management. Check out my template and customize it to suit your needs: https://t.co/7lA2W7wPBv

No more writing on post-its, journals or the back of the hand when calling parents. Create a Google form to input data and to track responses using the autogenerated spreadsheet. A little organization during such uncertain times is making me feel a bit like myself again♥️
Creative Movement/Dance using lummi sticks today in #physed. Kindergarteners loved it. Thanks @MrSpringPE for creating the awesome videos. To all interested you can find the video here https://t.co/MLCoLw6BoA If no lummi sticks you could use pool noodles or pvc pipe
NEW YEAR...COMING SOON🚨
