@tobi @GergelyOrosz Agreed. It’s a problem if anyone in the org thinks they’re above critique. Good ideas come from everywhere, but each of us can also all be wrong sometimes, regardless whether they’re a principal engineer or a CEO. Good conversations and decisions come from recognizing that.

@datadoghq honestly one of the worst vendor experiences we've had. We bought an $18 service and you somehow managed to charge $900 for services we never opted in for, used, or wanted. Then you ignored us on customer support for a month and did the same thing the next month!
