BREAKING: Nigeria: A Christian mother, Liatu Samuel Dawa, has been sentenced to 14 years in prison for the “crime” of evangelism.
Liatu shared her faith with a woman in Borno State who later converted to Christianity.
For that, Liatu is now behind bars and her family in hiding after Muslims threatened their lives.
The judge, A.B. Kumdila, imposed the harsh sentence.
This ruling is a gross miscarriage of justice.
The disgraceful action must be overturned and Liatu immediately returned safely to her family.
Free Liatu Dawa.
The years of consistent integrity of Peter Obi is a standard that is second to none.
He is by far one of the best our nation has produced. He is a national pride. Impeccable integrity.
Debunking the Phantom Debts and Ecological Loan Fallacy
My attention has been drawn to trending claims by the Anambra State Government that my administration left behind inherited debts, including a ₦2 billion ecological loan, contractor liabilities, and unpaid salaries, gratuities, and pensions. This is completely false.
We systematically liquidated historical gratuities and arrears dating back several years, amounting to over ₦35 billion. At the point of handover, the state owed nothing in salaries, gratuities, or pensions, nor did we owe anything to any contractor for projects duly executed and certified.
The ₦2 billion ecological fund in question was released barely three months before the end of my tenure for the Oko/Umuchiana erosion crisis. Despite pressure to spend the money, I refused, insisting that it should be left for my successor because government is a continuum and the funds were tied to a specific project.
The money was therefore left 100 per cent intact in First Bank, in Account No. 2018779464, with a balance of over ₦2.13 billion.
It is important to stress that funds tied to specific projects or set aside for particular purposes were not even included in the over ₦75 billion in savings we left behind.
If anybody can establish anything to the contrary, I will stop campaigning. -PO
"If anybody can establish anything to the contrary, I will stop campaigning."
Years after leaving office, opposition set up a Peter Obi Investigation Committee.
Discrepancy found, and this man pointed to the bank account the money sits.
This man was called a lesser evil a few days ago.
This is a lesser evil? The man who can say if any minor discrepancy is found, he will stop campaigning?
The man whose hands are clean? It is well.
You know, I see why we do not see this virtue as the greatest requirement a politician can have.
So, we overlook it because ourselves, we are not a upright people.
So, we do not see the intangibles like integrity as what builds a nation.
Abraham Lincoln ranks as the greatest president of the United States simple because of his moral resolve.
That's it. That's all. This man right here is our Abraham Lincoln. When it comes to virtue and character, this is the one.
No Nigerian politician touches the crest he stands. None.
None of them can make these statements. None of them.
And that is why it baffles me when Christians oppose this man.
This is as close to the biblical idea of a just ruler as it can get on our political scene in this nation.
And if I had my way, the church should actually lend a hand to a candidate like this.
But no matter what happens, Mr. Peter Obi, posterity will be kind to you.
Nigeria should not be in the hands of those who never prepared to lead her. The man who has prepared should be voted to league. Saying 'it's my turn' is the most unreasonable reason to lead.
You have a right to be foolish, I wouldn’t judge you for that. I have been foolish long enough to learn not to condemn the fool. But you have no right to be evil, and to support a continuation of Nigeria in its current form, is to be complicit in the evil that it is..

They are toddlers. They are children. They have emotions. They have families. Their only crime is to be Nigerians who have become victims of a failed leadership. Get your PVCs.
VERY URGENT 🚨
Not to disrupt your day,
Not to distract you from the usual VDM-Blord, Peller-Jarvis and iShowSpeed banter,
This is just to bring to your attention that on Sunday 5days ago, 166 christians were kidnapped across churches in Kaduna by barbaric terrorist animals who are defended by some monsters here and supported by some parasites in the Nigerian government.
Pls share for the world to see this.
The Nigerian government and the Nigerian media will do its best to cover this up.
Pls lend your voices to help the victims.
This is the least we can do to help them.
IF YOU CANNOT PROTECT THE LIVES OF THE CITIZENS YOU HAVE NO BUSINESS OCCUPYING LEADERSHIP FROM THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT THROUGH TO THE LAW ENFORCEMENT RANKS. TERRORISTS WHO DO NOT WANT OTHERS ALIVE SHOULD NOT BE SHOWN MERCY AT ALL.
There is a man who needs our help.
He’s a farmer who got attacked by armed terrorist herdsmen that wanted to kill him and take over his farm. In self defence, he killed one of them.
He (not the terrorists) got arrested, jailed and has been sentenced to death by hanging in Nigeria.
His name is Sunday Jackson.
Please lend your voice. You may not have money or power or connection. But you have a voice.
Help #FreeSundayJackson
Let the world hear of this evil injustice.
"The $10 Million Judas Kiss that killed the nation" - Part 2
You know, betrayal rarely announces itself with a trumpet. It comes softly. A handshake. A smile. Sometimes, a suitcase.
Last week, I recounted how a single bribe of ten million dollars ($10 Million) severed the artery of a dream. Not just for a State, but for Nigeria herself. A Governor, the very custodian of the people’s trust, sold the future for of his country for the price of a luxury villa in Dubai.
Yesterday, he called me. Said he was surprised I hadn’t named him. Amused, I reminded him: there was a non-disclosure clause. I didn’t write that account to drag his name through the mud; I wrote it to show the Nigerian people the pit in which all of us are drowning, bitter and hotter than hell.
You see, Nigeria has been under siege far longer than you’ve noticed. Our enemies are not just foreign meddlers; they are domestic collaborators. They’ve embedded themselves into the DNA of our leadership, politicians, and businessmen alike, each one a marionette, strings pulled by the highest bidder. From the pristine boardroom CEO in a thousand-dollar tie to the kaftan-clad vagabond in agbada, they have all been bought, shrink-wrapped, and delivered to the same table of gluttony.
You heard Rotimi Amaechi admit it, that the Buhari administration sold Nigeria’s oil six years in advance. They left the incoming government with one option: beg, borrow, or bleed the people dry. And these are the same individuals who, with straight faces, now solicit your trust again, to preside over the carcass they left unburied.
I was in Budapest when the Russians came to the table. Titans of energy, men who could have dragged Nigeria from the bondage of dependence to the dignity of independence. The price? Reasonable. The terms? Doable. The potential? Revolutionary. But then the hyenas arrived. Washington. London. Even Brussels. They killed it in cold blood. Because energy independence for Nigeria is not just dangerous, it’s existentially threatening to them. They know that a Nigeria with uninterrupted power is a Nigeria that cannot be chained: a nation whose ingenuity would explode from every corner; in research, in industry, in innovation, in art.
So they gave us pacification instead. Not the crude slavery of chains and whips, but the velvet noose of imperialism. They will let you dance, so long as you never leave the cage.
Look around. Chinese automakers have flooded the market with shiny BYDs, laundering stolen billions through “investment portfolios.” Our leaders, like magpies, collect them with glee. Billions of dollars in generators pour into the country each month, not as a stopgap, but as an industry. A darkness economy. Those who profit from our blackout will never, ever allow the lights to stay on.
Ask yourself: Who killed the Russia–Nigeria nuclear deal? Four plants. Four arteries pumping life into a sleeping giant. Imagine universities alive through the night, factories roaring with productivity, welders and artisans turning metal into miracles. But in Nigeria, dreams are brittle. Hope dies young, not because of her people, but because of her leaders.
The World Bank bragged about sabotaging it. And now? Rosatom is building those plants in Niger, Mali, and Burkina Faso. Niger sits on a mountain of uranium. They will rise, while Nigeria watches from the shadows, her chains polished but unbroken.
A great nation gutted. Sold for ten million pieces of silver. And the banquet of vultures continues, uninterrupted.
And while we are at it, the chief architect of this monstrosity, the very hand that strangles your future, is shaking hands with your leaders in the Villa, and drinking fine wines with your top business leaders. Smiling for the cameras. And all the while, funding local NGOs to poison you. Let it sink. Yes, poisoning you and your children. With GMO crops. With synthetic foods. With chemical-laced grains designed not to nourish but to degrade.
They will not only keep you in darkness, but they will also strip from you the one thing more precious than electricity, more precious than oil, your health. Your life.
And when you are gone, when your body has surrendered to the toxins they’ve fed you, they will stand over your grave, and they will spit on it.
You see, my dear friend, our country today stands on a single, hollow principle, held hostage in the captivity of its own negativity. A nation so accustomed to the stench of decay that it mistakes rot for tradition. And so, we are left with only one choice: to wrench this land from the bloodstained hands of the monsters who have feasted on her soul, or to lie still and rot in the same chains they have so carefully fastened around our necks.
I am incandescent with rage, and if you still possess even a fragment of conscience, you should be too.
