life update: a few weeks ago I started a new role as a communications specialist for Cathedral Home for Children in Laramie, WY! I absolutely adore this nonprofit’s mission of making mental health care more equitable and accessible for youth across our state. loving the job!❤️
Some of the highlights of my time at the Press over the past 11 months include learning to cover sports for the first time, receiving a WPA award for in-depth reporting, getting to see up-close the passion folks have for this community, and getting to meet SO many amazing people!
Friday is my last day at The Sheridan Press. I’ll be spending a few months crossing off a bucket list item, working as a wrangler at a dude ranch! After that, my plans are TBD, but I’m so grateful for the experience I gained at the Press and excited for this next chapter!🤠🏔️

The Sheridan community lined Main Street on Friday, March 1, 2024 to pay respects and watch the memorial procession for Sheridan Police Sgt. Nevada Krinkee, who was killed in the line of duty Feb. 13 while attempting to serve a trespass warning to a male subject.
