@jatindertaheem @SmythsToysUK I have emailed their customer services twice and sent three tweets I am getting nowhere I am EXTREMELY disappointed. I had a trampoline on preorder from Smyths which I have now cancelled due to the horrendous customer services and I will not be shopping here again.
