I don't think the retail players understand why people are so defensive over Classic Forever.

Most of us grew up with Blizzard as our favourite gaming company and WoW as our all time favourite video game. All the way from Lost Viking, Warcraft 1-2-3, Starcraft 1-2, Diablo 1-2 and WoW. It was a huge part of our childhood with hundreds of wonderful core memories.

99% of these people are first of all not classic andys or classic absolutists like retail players seem to think. Huge misconception. (Also nothing wrong with that) but It's just regular people that rarely play classic or Blizzard games at all anymore.

That's why the audience is so big. It's the people who have been watching the last 10 Blizzcons with a glimpse of hope of the company going back to it's roots again.

But instead we have seen how the greatest gaming company on earth just keeps producing cheap garbage without a soul. Games with shops and QoL as their main priority.

Now they somehow managed to produce an amazing product with our all time favourite game as the base for it and we absolutely know fast the tides can turn again. That's why we want you guys to stay the fuck away with your terrible takes.

You have your WoW version go play it. It honestly seems like you guys don't like it either tbh.

So ask yourself why you are draw to wow forever instead of trying to change it.

You have seen Teddy Roosevelt’s famous quote about the Man in the Arena. But have you really read it? Have you absorbed it?

My goal, this week and every week, is to keep you from becoming one of those cold and timid souls.

Sure, there might be less heartbreak, but there is also no joy in that life.

It’s a life that puts you on the sidelines.

You live in a constant state of mediocrity. Since a life without putting yourself into the arena doesn’t experience the lowest lows, it also cannot experience the highest highs. It’s a constant middle-ground, a life of “blah.”

It numbs you. It’s why people who never step into the arena themselves are always trying — and failing — to find joy in other people’s failures. They want to feel something, like they know the people in the arena do, but they aren’t willing to take the risk required to feel something real.

I don’t want any of you to live that middling, numb, mediocre life.

I want you to feel the highest highs. And for that, I need you to learn that you’ll also have to experience the lowest lows.
It might not seem fair that the same map can lead you to either brutal heartbreak or total greatness, but that’s life.

We saw it in the Super Bowl. Haters will call the Patriots losers.

But there are no real losers who play in the Super Bowl. I don’t mean that in the participation trophy sense, because I can’t stand the idea that everyone deserves a trophy. I mean that everybody who goes all out, who steps into that arena and gives everything, is a champion, even if they don’t deserve a trophy.

They have lived life fully, rejecting the numb mediocrity most people accept.

The only real losers are the ones who never leave the safety of the sidelines.

After these Olympics, Lindsey won’t go home with a medal. She will go home with the heart of a champion.

I hope she knows that she did a great public service for all of us.

She demonstrated that thriving means being comfortable on that razor’s edge of victory and defeat.
She reminded us that coming up short in a worthy cause beats becoming one of those cold and timid souls.
She showed us how to live, not just to exist. They don’t have a medal for that.

Life’s greatest wins live inside you.

My challenge to all of you this week comes in two parts, and one is easier than the other.

Let’s start with the easier one: don’t be a loser who hates from the sidelines. I have a feeling most of you can already check this one off, because this is the positive corner of the internet. But if you find yourself naysaying or enjoying other people’s failure, it’s the first sign that you are falling into that numb, cold, timid life. Stop it.

Now, the harder one. Take the risk. Put yourself out there. All of you have something you’ve shied away from, something where you thought about jumping into the arena but hesitated when you thought of the risk of failure. You might fail. But I promise you’ll find that even failure means a fuller life than the sidelines.

It’s time to start living.

I když chápu, že slogan „Pracujte, abyste žili lepší život, a my vám ho zkusíme nekazit“ se nevejde na billboard a má malou cílovku.

Od roku 2000 dolar ztratil 40% kupní síly. Ostatní měny na tom nejsou o moc lépe.

Je to nenápadný systém přerozdělování bohatství od chudých k bohatým. Protože chudí nemohou investovat.

Ale nebylo tomu tak vždy. My se jen tváříme, že to je normální a že peníze fungují jak mají.

Po druhé světové válce byl dolar pevně navázán na zlato (1 unce = 35 USD). Ostatní měny byly víceméně navázány na dolar.

Jenže USA tiskly víc dolarů, než měly kryto zlatem a v roce 1971 prezident Nixon ukončil směnitelnost dolaru za zlato (“Nixonův šok“). Tím Brettonwoodský systém fakticky skončil a přešlo se na plovoucí měnové kurzy a náš současný systém ničím nekrytých papírků.

My už dneska víme, že zlatý standard není optimální. Každopádně peníze v té době plnily roli uchovatele hodnoty, kterou už dnes neplní. Proto jsou lidé nuceni investovat, aby si zachovali kupní sílu. Problém je, že většina lidí to neumí a naopak si tu kupní sílu likvidují ještě rychleji.

K optimálnímu fungování ekonomiky potřebujeme flexibilní peněžní nabídku, ale velmi rozumně řízenou. Centrální banky musí být racionální a hlavně nezávislé na politicích. Jenže to je utopie. Politici by nejradši jenom tiskli a kupovali si voliče. V praxi to tak trochu vypadá. Nezřízené tištění peněz a nekonečná spirála dluhu. Jak to asi dopadne…

Dovoluji si vás ale naléhavě požádat, abyste volit šli. Teď není čas na nezúčastněnou lhostejnost, je nebezpečná. Když nedokážete volit PRO, můžete vždycky volit PROTI. Jistě kandiduje subjekt, z jehož podílu na moci máte právě vy největší obavy. A mohlo by se vám snadno stát, že to bude právě on, kdo z vaší neúčasti bude profitovat nejvíc. Tím, že volit nepůjdete, se odpovědnosti nezbavíte.

Trumpův krásný zákon je pro trhy silně pozitivní, alespoň krátkodobě. Fiskální stimulace = víc peněz v ekonomice. Ať už půjdou do infrastruktury, armády nebo daňových úlev, trh to vnímá jako růstový impuls. Akcie rostou, protože ekonomika jede na steroidech.

Do toho slabý dolar, který zlepšuje konkurenceschopnost amerických firem a nafukuje jejich zahraniční zisky. Současné prostředí je pro americké akcie extrémně příznivé. Těžko hledat důvod, proč by měly výrazně klesat, pokud se Trump zase nezblázní a nezačne to moc hrotit. U něj člověk nikdy neví.

Hlavním rizikem je inflace (která je zatím OK). Možná ještě nemovitostní trh, který je už dlouho pod tlakem vysokých sazeb. Ale zatím drží a sazby půjdou dolů, nejpozději příští rok.

Takže korekce ano, dává smysl, vzhledem k tomu jak rychle akcie vyrostly. Ale budu to vnímat jako nákupní příležitost.

Kdyby Bulharsko neprodalo 213 500 BTC, bylo by dnes bez státního dluhu.
Kdyby Německo neprodalo 50 000 BTC, ušetřilo by víc, než činí celý rozpočet jejich ministerstva zdravotnictví.
ČR musí začít rozhodovat s vizí a kompetencí. Je čas přestat dělat chyby.
