@10Greyfriars We have a list of platforms, brokerage sites, and landlord sites we consolidate from and then do a ton of cleanup. There’s a lot of stale and fake listings on most sites.

Hey thanks for sharing. We pull from a bunch of listing sites plus landlords and brokerages directly. Then we clean out fake and stale listings (there's a lot). Hard to say exactly why a given listing isn't showing, but that's likely one of the bigger reasons for any discrepancies. It’s possible we’re over-correcting so will investigate!
