This is such a terrible shock and heartbreaking. Tim was one of the truly special ones: generous, warm, funny, compassionate and a wonderful friend to so many. You’re so missed already Tim, rest in peace.

It is with great sadness that we announce the untimely death of our friend and colleague Tim Nesbitt QC.

Tim was a very fine lawyer and a person of huge decency, graciousness and humour. The legal world is poorer today and our deepest condolences go to Tim’s family and friends.
